SPS closes significant development deal for GCC investor

SPS was the lead investment advisor to AIMS Investments on the acquisition of a majority stake in Beech Holdings, a leading UK residential property developer. SPS partner Wasim Choudhury is appointed to the Board of Directors of Beech Holdings Investments.


Going forward SPS under its asset management mandate will oversee all development assets and subsidiaries on behalf of AIMS Investments.
