Wasim Choudhury, SPS Partner was quoted by the FT and said he expected 20-25 percent capital growth between 2020-2025 in UK regional cities. "We expect 20-25% Covid has accelerated our thesis," said Choudhury. "Seven or eight UK cities have become acceptable to institutional investors. Yield is higher than in the capital."
